Summer 2018 Independent Learning Activity: BTEC TV Studio & Film

Watch the two clips provided, and compare how the editing techniques used differ. 

 For example, how do the two clips manipulate the audience? How are you meant to feel and experience each clip? Try and use specific media terminology, such as:

  • camera angles 
  • lighting 
  • close ups 
  • establishing shot 
  • POV 
  • costume 
  • body language 
  • sound
